Shipping & Returns



We ship to the Americas, typically via UPS Ground service for small and large parcels, and freight lines for pallet shipments. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Shipping fees within the lower 48 USA and Canada are listed on product pages, and/or in the cart. Canadian customers are also subject to Canadian government fees, taxes and import clearance fees which customers will pay directly to those agencies. For shipping outside the USA and Canada please contact us for a quote. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Shipping

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for refund provided that items are in as-new condition, with original packaging and labels (refer to the Refunds and Returns Policy page on this website for more info). Buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping and will also be responsible for paying the outbound delivery charges incurred by us via refund hold-back. As a convenience we can book a UPS return shipment on our account but at your expense via refund hold-back. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item is not fit for purpose).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
