In Australia we call it a nudge bar. Americans often refer to it as a bull bar. Whatever you call it, don't leave your Grand Cherokee unprotected upfront. This 2 3/8" steel bar is perfect for the occasional protection required, and great place for mounting accessories like lights or antenna.
Tow points are required to mount this bar to the vehicle. Select option above to add Offroad Tow points if you do not already have them.

** note some Jeeps 2017-21 have extra sensitive sensors that may 'see' the nudge bar. This is a very rare occurrence, but it is possible the nudge bar may not work with some newer vehicles. This is usually fixed by applying a clear 3M-dot on the offending sensor. - Works with Grand Cherokee Adaptive cruise radar

This Nudge bar fits all Wk2 Grand Cherokees 2011-2021
When the nudge bar is installed without an Offroad Animal front bumper, you can use soft shackles, 3/4" bow shackle, 7/8" bow shackle or D shackles
When the nudge bar is installed together with an Offroad Animal front bumper, there are some limits on the type and size of shackle that can be used. Refer to the respective bumper product information page.

Nudge Bar
I like how this attaches with four bolts over the competitor. Great bar and fit. Only negative is how the bracket leaves a gap between the tow hooks when mounted with the bumper. Pictures on the website show the brackets somehow mounted underneath but then US license plates would not fit. Other pictures show the bracket maybe mounted under the bumper bracket to avoid this gap. Another option may be to revise the tow hooks for a separate set of mounting holes. Last plastic end caps would be great to help avoid birds bees etc trying to nest. These are minor things. Overall great bar and I highly recommend Offroad Animal products.

Tow hook nudge bar
This is a much better option than the OEM tow hooks nudge bar mounted up really easy for me unfortunately the instructions that I downloaded printed had minor errors I have 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee some of bolt size were different than in the instructions the four bolts that mount the nudge bar to the tow hooks is a 17 mm head but only a 16 mm nut nowhere in the instructions does it mention a 17 mm that was about the same as the one on the vehicle that was misrepresented.

Nudge bar
I installed this during installing the bumper. It was confusing since the instructions do not have a section for doing it this way. After a little longer than the estimate time to install, it looks very nice. I like the look of this so much more than other options and stock bumper

Grand Cherokee Nudge Bar
Great company to deal with, well made bar that was easy install. Looks good, good place for mounting lights. More for its excellent looks than protection of front.

Bull Bar and Hooks
Great Nudge Bar! The instructions were clear and accurate. Every thing came apart and went back together as described, took about 2hrs. Would be 5 stars if they had put actual torque values for the bolts, especially the 4 bolts that hold the tow hooks to the frame, these are kind of important. Also the tube diameter is not 2.5 inches but 60.3 mm (it does mention this on the website). At 60.3 mm it makes finding bracket clamps very difficult. I would suggest that Offroad Animal add bracket clamps to their inventory that fit.

Bull Bar
The bull bar looks great on the Jeep. Its built well. Had a little trouble installing it as the brackets were hard to line up. Had to trim a little off the brackets. Offroad animal makes some good looking stuff.

Bar and Hooks
Everything about this bar set is fantastic. From proper communication to install this company deserves 5 stars. Towhooks are monsters and easy to install. Bar is sturdy and bolted right on to the hooks. Total install for both was 1h 45m.
